The affairs of the Estate are managed by the Pezula Golf Estate Home Owner's Association, a Section 21 Company. The Board of Trustees comprises several property owners who are elected at the Annual General Meeting for a period of two years.
The main objective of the PGEHOA is to serve and protect the common interests of property owners by:
Scrutinising all new building plans to ensure compliance with the Pezula Golf Estate Architectural Design Manual;
Enforcing strict compliance with a Builders Code of Conduct through ongoing monitoring of all construction activities, including movement of people on and off the Estate;
Ensuring effective 24/7 security on the Estate;
Maintaining common areas, including roads, verges and facilities to a high standard;
Protecting the environment; and
Maintaining open channels of communication with property owners and responding to their concerns, speedily and effectively.
